These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.herwalkintruth.com , our free and paid community spaces, memberships, digital products, book clubs, workshops, events, emails, and related content and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
“Her Walk In Truth,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Her Walk In Truth. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits our website, creates an account, joins our community, purchases a product, registers for an event, or uses our Services.
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, joining the community, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our Services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.
By creating an account, joining the community, or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
The Services are not intended for children. Parents and caregivers should not create accounts for children or allow children to submit personal information through the Services.
Her Walk In Truth provides Scripture-centered resources and community experiences that may include:
A free online community
A paid recurring membership
Bible studies and Bible reflections
Devotionals, journals, prayer cards, and workbooks
Digital downloads and printable resources
Book club conversations and reading guides
Prayer and encouragement spaces
Challenges and community activities
Live or recorded workshops and events
Emails and promotional communications
Other faith-based educational and community content
The features, content, schedule, and availability of the Services may change as Her Walk In Truth grows.
The specific description provided on a product, membership, or event page at the time of purchase forms part of these Terms.
You may need to create an account through Podia to access certain Services.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Maintain only one individual account unless we approve otherwise
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account
Your account and membership are for your personal use. You may not share your login information or give another person access to paid content through your account.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
Free community access may include general conversations, prayer and encouragement posts, selected reflections, occasional challenges, previews, announcements, and limited free resources.
Free access does not include everything available through the paid membership.
We may add, remove, or change free community features at any time. Joining the free community does not guarantee permanent access to any particular resource, conversation, event, or feature.
The Her Walk In Truth Membership is a recurring subscription that may provide access to:
Private member spaces
Bible studies and reflection materials
The monthly book club
Prayer and encouragement spaces
Member challenges
A growing digital-resource library
Other benefits described on the membership page
Membership content may be added, replaced, reorganized, or retired. We do not guarantee that a specific product, resource, book club selection, event, or feature will remain available indefinitely.
Unless otherwise stated, workshops sold separately for a one-time fee are not included with the recurring membership.
If you join through a founding-member offer, you may retain the stated founding rate for as long as:
Your membership remains continuously active
Your payments remain current
You comply with these Terms
If you cancel your membership, allow it to expire, or lose access because of a failed payment, you may lose your founding rate. If you later rejoin, the price available at that time will apply.
Membership may include access to monthly book club discussions, reading schedules, and supporting materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
The featured book is not included with membership
Members are responsible for purchasing or borrowing their own copy
Book availability may vary by location
Reading schedules and selections may change
Participation is optional
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by featured authors or publishers unless specifically disclosed
Our reading guides and discussion materials are original Her Walk In Truth content and are not substitutes for purchasing or lawfully borrowing the featured book.
Prices are displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page. You agree to pay the price, taxes, and other charges disclosed at checkout.
Payments are processed through Podia and the payment processors made available through its platform. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
We may correct pricing, description, or technical errors. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, credit, or refund when required.
By purchasing a monthly or annual membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency and price shown during checkout.
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it.
You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal date if you do not want another charge. Canceling does not reverse charges that were properly submitted before the cancellation became effective.
Prices may change. Any change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law. Promotional or founding-member pricing is governed by the terms of that specific offer.
You may cancel a recurring membership through your Podia account settings or by contacting support@herwalkintruth.com.
After cancellation:
Future renewals will stop
You will generally retain access until the end of your current paid billing period
You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time
Access to member-only spaces and online resources will end when the paid period expires
Canceling your membership does not automatically delete your Podia account or remove you from the email list.
Files properly downloaded while your membership was active may continue to be used personally, but you may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or commercially use them.
Because digital products and member resources are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless:
The sales page expressly offers a refund period
You were charged more than once for the same purchase
A technical problem caused by us prevents you from accessing the purchased content and we cannot correct it within a reasonable period
A refund is required by applicable law
Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, including payments for billing periods in which you did not use the membership.
Failing to participate in a book club, download a resource, attend an event, open an email, or use your account does not qualify you for a refund.
Before initiating a payment dispute or charge back, please contact support@herwalkintruth.com so we can review the issue. Fraudulent or improper charge backs may result in suspension of your account and access to the Services.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
Workshops and events may be offered live, recorded, or both. The applicable sales page will explain what is included.
Unless otherwise stated:
Registration is for one person
Access links may not be shared
Replays are not guaranteed unless advertised
Replay access may be limited to a stated period
Attendee participation may be recorded during live sessions
Dates, speakers, or formats may change when reasonably necessary
If we cancel an event without providing a reasonable replacement, rescheduled date, or promised replay, we may issue a refund or credit for the affected purchase.
All materials created or provided by Her Walk In Truth—including Bible studies, devotionals, workbooks, journals, prayer cards, challenges, graphics, videos, recordings, emails, website copy, branding, and community materials—are owned by or licensed to Her Walk In Truth and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase or membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce our materials for distribution
Share paid files, downloads, recordings, or login credentials
Upload our materials to another website, group, platform, or file-sharing service
Resell, sublicense, or give away our materials
Use our materials to create a competing product, membership, study, course, or resource
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
Use our name, logo, images, or branding without written permission
Use our content to train, populate, or develop an artificial-intelligence system or dataset
You may print purchased printable materials for your own personal use unless the applicable product provides a different license.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through a purchase, download, or membership.
“User Content” includes comments, posts, prayer requests, praise reports, photographs, testimonials, responses, and other material you submit through the Services.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Her Walk In Truth a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as necessary to operate the community and provide the Services.
You represent that:
You have the right to share the content
The content does not violate another person’s rights
You have permission before sharing another person’s private information, story, photograph, or testimony
The content complies with these Terms
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or could harm the community.
We will not use a private prayer request, photograph, or member post in public marketing without permission. If you voluntarily submit a testimonial for promotional use, we may edit it for length or clarity without materially changing its meaning.
Her Walk In Truth is intended to be a respectful, Scripture-centered space. Honest questions and respectful differences are welcome. Harassment, hostility, exploitation, and harmful conduct are not.
You may not use the Services to:
Harass, threaten, shame, bully, or intimidate another person
Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, or violent content
Promote illegal or dangerous activity
Impersonate another person
Share another member’s posts or personal information outside the community without permission
Post private or identifying information about another person or child without appropriate consent
Solicit members for unrelated businesses, groups, products, fundraisers, or services without permission
Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotions
Collect member names, email addresses, stories, prayer requests, or other information for outside use
Share misleading, fraudulent, or knowingly false information
Upload malicious files or attempt to interfere with the website or platform
Share paid content or help another person bypass payment or access restrictions
We may moderate discussions, close comments, remove content, restrict participation, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the community.
Community spaces may feel personal, but we cannot guarantee that information shared with other members will remain confidential.
Before posting a prayer request or personal story:
Consider whether you are comfortable with other members seeing it
Avoid sharing unnecessary identifying information
Do not post passwords, financial information, medical records, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information
Obtain permission before sharing another person’s private circumstances
Avoid posting identifying details about children
Members agree not to copy, screenshot, record, repost, or disclose another member’s private community content without permission. However, Her Walk In Truth cannot guarantee that every member will follow this rule.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate local authority. Community posts are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergency assistance.
Her Walk In Truth provides faith-based educational content, personal reflections, encouragement, and opportunities for community discussion.
We do not claim to speak for God regarding your personal circumstances, and our content does not replace your own prayer, Scripture study, spiritual discernment, or counsel from trusted and appropriately qualified individuals.
The Services do not provide:
Medical or mental-health treatment
Legal advice
Financial or tax advice
Crisis intervention
Licensed counseling or therapy
Pastoral care from an ordained or licensed minister unless expressly stated
You are responsible for evaluating the information and deciding how to apply it. Seek qualified professional help when your circumstances require it.
References to Scripture may reflect the translation or interpretation identified in the applicable content. Christians may reach different good-faith conclusions on some topics.
We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, relational, financial, emotional, or other outcome from using the Services.
Testimonials and member experiences represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will have the same results.
Your progress depends on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances, participation, decisions, and use of the materials.
The Services are hosted through Podia and may integrate with payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, video platforms, social media sites, and other third-party services.
Our content may also link to books, websites, products, or resources operated by third parties. A link or mention does not necessarily mean that Her Walk In Truth endorses or controls that third party.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, prices, or actions. Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies.
Some website pages, emails, or community posts may contain affiliate links. If you purchase through an affiliate link, Her Walk In Truth may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
We will provide disclosures where required. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee that a product or service will be appropriate for your circumstances.
We may suspend or terminate your account or community access if you:
Violate these Terms
Fail to make a required payment
Share paid content or login information
Engage in harassment, spam, solicitation, or harmful conduct
Misuse the website, platform, or community
Create legal, safety, or security risks
When practical, we may provide a warning before termination. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal.
If access is terminated because you violated these Terms, you will not ordinarily receive a refund.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective after termination.
We work to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may be affected by maintenance, internet interruptions, platform changes, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace, reschedule, or discontinue content, features, products, events, or community spaces. When a change materially affects a recent paid purchase, we will take reasonable steps to provide a suitable replacement, credit, or other remedy when appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Her Walk In Truth disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Walk In Truth and its owner, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Her Walk In Truth for the specific product or Service giving rise to the claim during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Her Walk In Truth and its owner, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use or misuse of the Services
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of another person’s rights
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you and Her Walk In Truth agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute by written communication. You may begin that process by emailing support@herwalkintruth.com.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Harris, Texas.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court or seeking urgent relief to protect intellectual-property, privacy, or safety rights.
We may update these Terms as the Services, business, or legal requirements change.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. When legally required or when changes are material, we may also provide notice by email, through the website, or within the community.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the applicable checkout page, and any additional written terms presented for a particular product or event constitute the entire agreement between you and Her Walk In Truth concerning the Services.
If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.
